Kuldeep Jauhari

Kuldeep is the founding partner of Nayati Legal. Kuldeep is an Advocate on Record and primarily oversees the firm's practice before the Supreme Court of India. A graduate of 2017 from Law College Dehradun, his expertise spans a wide range of legal matters, including criminal law, contractual disputes, arbitrations, IP disputes, white-collar defence, infrastructure and property-related conflicts, and compliance advisory.

He has experience of practicing in various courts in Delhi NCR including the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court as well as various tribunals for close to a decade. He is also on the panel of the Delhi State Legal Services Authority since 2021 and remains deeply committed to social justice through his ongoing pro bono work.

Anubhav Tyagi

Advocate Anubhav Tyagi is a Senior Central Government Counsel currently representing the Union of India before the Delhi High Court. Appointed under the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, he brings a sharp legal mind and a well-rounded practice to complex government and private litigation.

Anubhav earned his masters in Intellectual Property Law from Jindal Global Law School. He has his interest in criminal law, Advocate Tyagi has extensive experience handling a wide range of criminal matters, including anticipatory and regular bail applications, quashing of FIRs, criminal revisions, and appeals. He has represented clients in serious and sensitive cases involving offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, POCSO, and white-collar crimes. His approach is strategic and detail-oriented, ensuring a strong defence from the pre-trial stage through to final arguments and appellate review.

He has secured favourable outcomes in cases involving false implication, economic offences, and procedural violations.

In addition to his criminal practice, he is actively involved in Intellectual Property, civil and commercial litigation before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.

Sahil Ahuja

Advocate Sahil Ahuja is a Partner at the firm with a litigation-focused practice primarily before the Delhi District Courts and the Delhi High Court. He predominantly handles trial court matters across criminal and civil disputes.

Sahil holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and an LL.M. from O.P. Jindal Global Law School.

His practice is centred on trial court litigation, with experience in criminal defence, civil and commercial disputes, arbitration-related matters, inheritance and succession cases, and company disputes. He represents individuals, businesses, and institutions in contentious matters, advising on litigation strategy and managing cases from inception through trial and final adjudication.

In addition to his practice in Delhi, Sahil regularly manages multi-jurisdictional litigation across India. He has secured numerous favourable orders for clients and is known for his effective courtroom advocacy and strategic approach to complex disputes.
